Sparkles & Limes is a Catering and Events firm based in the heart of Surrey. It was founded by a passionate chef, Sade Folaranmi with degress in Hospitality and Events Management. Sade is an artistic and innovative chef with over 12 years of experience in various hotels, restaurants and hospitality venues in the UK and abroad.
We specialise in providing authentic African and Caribbean food for over 10 years. Our ingredients are freshly and locally sourced from reputable suppliers. Our meals are freshly prepared, either from our state of the art kitchen or the event venue, they are delicious, flavoured, well presented in an artistic manner and personalised to meet your catering needs
Sparkles & Limes operates a fully functional food hygiene management system. All our Catering events are audited and documented by our in-house auditor to cover our due diligence policy. Our kitchen is 5 Star food hygiene rated by our local council and we are accredited by the Common Sense Compliance LTD for our food hygiene policy.
All our catering staff have a minimum of Level 3 Food hygiene training and follow the company’s HACCP system
Sparkles & Limes has the necessary expertise to cater for a dining event of 20 to a large event of 1000.
